About Carson

Carson Hearst is a Law Clerk at MCLC. He supports the firm in many capacities, including conducting and analysis of legal research, preparing memorandums and briefs regarding research, reviewing deposition and trial transcripts, performing jury verdict research, and assisting and shadowing attorneys with respect to litigation and transactional matters.

Prior to joining MCLC, Carson was a Legal Intern with the New York State Education Department in both the Office of Counsel and Office of School Personnel Review and Accountability. He also interned at an Albany-area lobbying firm.
