About Nicole

Nicole Strippoli is an accomplished attorney representing businesses and individuals in matters related to estate planning and probate, real estate, landlord/tenant issues, vehicle and traffic, and commercial litigation.

Additionally, Nicole represents fire districts and departments throughout New York. She represents her clients in matters related to day-to-day operations, including compliance with local, state, and federal laws. Nicole’s legal services include drafting and revising contracts, bylaws and policies, risk assessment and mitigation of leadership from liability, equipment financing, formation and consolidating fire districts, and litigation.

She is able to connect with her clients on a personal level and ensures that they are being heard and their needs are being met.

Prior to joining MCLC, Nicole worked with William N. Young, Jr. for nearly two decades on various fire district matters and other issues.
