About Jake
Jacob F. Lamme is a founding member and partner at Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC. Jake’s practice spans a wide range of litigation and corporate areas, including contract, labor and employment, land use and zoning, personal injury, and trusts and estates litigation. Jake also provides critical advice to clients to assist them in avoiding the cost and expense of litigation.
Jake provides both litigation and corporate counsel to local, statewide, national, and international companies, as well as not-for-profit entities, in a variety of contract, real property, and labor and employment matters. He has experience representing businesses, governmental entities, and individual clients in both state and federal courts. Jake represents companies and their management in administrative forums such as the New York State Department of Labor (Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board) and the New York State Division of Human Rights.
Jake also represents individuals and businesses in personal injury matters (motor vehicle accidents and premises liability), products liability, and labor law actions.

- Representing clients in business and employment-related matters, such as breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, non-compete and non-disclosure agreements, and other business torts
