About Pauline

Pauline M. Morris is a paralegal at Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC. She supports our transactional team in matters involving corporate and business matters, residential and commercial real estate closings, tax grievances, and real estate title. Pauline joined the firm after many years of legal experience as both a paralegal and closing coordinator.

Additionally, Pauline plays a vital role as Supervisor of Operations & Business Development for MCLC’s sister company, Maverick Title Services, LLC. Pauline is responsible for supervising and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the company, including reviewing title orders; requesting searches, recordings, abstracts, and other ancillary services; being a liaison with clients, examining counsel, real estate support vendors, and county clerks, and attending real estate closings as a representative of the title company. Additionally, she helms business development and networking for Maverick, as well as develops and presents educational seminars on real estate and title to our clients.
