Eamon F. Millar is an Associate Attorney at Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC, where his practice focuses on the defense of hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in medical malpractice and negligence claims. He also represents individuals, businesses, and corporate clients in complex litigation involving personal and premises liability, construction and labor law, hospitality and retail liability, and trucking and transportation matters.

Before joining the firm, Eamon practiced in the areas of civil rights and constitutional law, employment discrimination, legal and medical malpractice, and personal injury. His diverse background enhances his ability to navigate multifaceted legal challenges with strategic insight.

Early in his legal career, Eamon worked as a litigation paralegal, gaining over a decade of hands-on experience before becoming an attorney. This experience provides him with a strong foundation in case management, trial preparation, and client service.
