About Stacy

Stacy A. Smith is Chief Operating Officer at Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC.  Stacy manages the day-to-day operations of the firm. She develops and executes the firm’s operational strategy, work with the managing partners to ensure the firm meets its financial and operational goals, and oversee administrative functions such as budgeting, accounting, payroll, human resources, and facilities management. She also manages marketing and business development efforts.

Stacy is a certified white belt in Legal Lean Sigma® and Project Management.
