About Ashley
Ashley DeGennaro is an Associate Attorney, pending admission, at the firm. She represents hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, physicians’ groups, and healthcare professionals against claims of negligence and medical malpractice. Additionally, she represents individuals, businesses, and corporations in matters related to personal and premises liability, construction and labor law, hospitality and retail liability, trucking and transportation.
Prior to joining MCLC, Ashley was a Judicial Intern to the Honorable Mae A. D’Agostino, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, and was a Law Clerk at the firm.
While an undergraduate at Haverford College, Ashley was published in the Nucleic Acids Research Journal and AIChE Journal on gene clusters and polyketide synthase protein research. Additionally, she was a Division III NCAA student athlete and was named Centennial Conference Scholar Athlete of the Year, having the highest cumulative GPA among softball players in the Centennial Conference.
