Technically, there is no dress code for a deposition. However, your deposition outfit can make an impact, so it’s important to abide by some basic guidelines while also appearing like the natural you.
Your clothes should be clean and fitted. We encourage dress pants, shirts and dresses of neutral colors and solid patterns. Avoid flashy colors, patterns, and accessories or anything that can be distracting. Do not wear clothes with disparaging or provocative logos, memes, or commentary.
