About Lauren

Lauren N. Mordacq is an Associate Attorney at Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC, where she represents hospitals, healthcare facilities, physicians, and other healthcare professionals in the defense of negligence and medical malpractice claims. Her practice also includes representing individuals, businesses, and corporations in appellate matters, as well as in cases involving personal injury, premises liability, construction and labor law, and hospitality and retail liability.

Before joining the firm, Lauren practiced appellate, commercial, and class action litigation with a respected local law firm and served as an Appellate Court Attorney with the New York State Appellate Division, Third Department. During law school, she was an intern to the Honorable Christian F. Hummel and the Honorable Daniel J. Stewart of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, where she gained valuable judicial experience and developed her strong foundation in legal research and writing.
