About Wency

Wency Wales is an Administrative Specialist and Projects Paralegal at MCLC, where she supports the firm’s attorneys and operations in matters involving client billing, accounts receivable, vendor invoicing, accounts payable, and administrative support for Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC and our sister company, Maverick Title Services, LLC.

Before joining the firm, Wency worked as a Police Communications Dispatcher, 911 Dispatcher, and Emergency Medical Technician. Drawing on that emergency-response background, she brings a practical perspective to her work as Projects Paralegal, particularly in personal injury matters involving ambulance and EMS records, emergency personnel, incident response, and documentation related to critical events.

Wency’s dual capacity within the firm makes her an integral part of both the operations and legal teams, and her proactive, organized approach supports the firm’s commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
