ALBANY, NY – July 18, 2025 – Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC (MCLC) is pleased to announce the addition of seasoned attorney James Lagios as Senior Counsel, effective July 21, 2025.
Lagios brings nearly 30 years of diverse legal experience to the firm, having held leadership roles in both private practice and in-house counsel settings. After completing a clerkship at the New York State Court of Appeals, he joined a prominent Albany law firm and ultimately became a partner, where he focused on commercial and appellate litigation, professional liability, and business and commercial transactions. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Legal Affairs at CDPHP, one of the region’s leading health insurance companies.
