Attorney Adam H. Cooper secured a no-cause of action verdict on behalf of his client, an Albany-area orthopedic surgeon, who was sued for negligence and medical malpractice related to a knee surgery performed on plaintiff, a 59-year-old man, in December 2014.

The verdict was reached on September 21, 2021, following a week-long trial before the Honorable Kimberly A. O’Connor in Albany County Supreme Court.  The jury unanimously found in favor of Mr. Cooper’s client, finding no evidence of negligence or malpractice.

Along with Adam, the Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC trial team included senior associate Michelle A. Storm and paralegal Sarah A. Greaves.
