The New York State court systems have essentially closed. All non-essential functions of the Courts are postponed until further notice, including appearances, conferences, and trials. We also anticipate that depositions, hearings, and face-to-face meetings in the coming weeks to months will be postponed. To this end, we will keep our clients updated on an individual basis.
