About Nathan

Nathan A. McDaniels is an associate attorney at Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC. His practice includes litigation and corporate matters in state, federal, and appellate courts throughout New York State.

Prior to joining MCLC, Nathan worked as an attorney with private practice firms in Albany, NY where he gained experience in a variety of practice areas.  He reviewed complex financial documents including securities transactions and data for securities fraud litigation. Nathan has a keen interest in researching and understanding financial trends in the markets. 

Nathan also represented local businesses and individual clients at all stages of litigation for workers compensation disputes where he conducted depositions, appeared at hearings, prepared motions, and negotiated settlements. As part of this process, he reviewed and analyzed complex medical reports, witness statements, and insurance contracts.  

While in law school Nathan gained experience through internships with private firms practicing in the areas of bankruptcy, real property law, public policy, trusts and estates, and general practice.

Nathan is admitted to practice in New York State. He earned his Juris Doctor from Albany Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and ILM in Forensics from Syracuse University.

Nathan has long held a strong interest in law. As a committed advocate for his clients, Nathan begins by being a good listener; he develops and communicates a plan and works diligently to pursue objectives to provide significant value to his clients. He holds the tenacity to approach a complex problem with logical thinking ability.   

When not practicing law, Nathan spends his time reading, going to the gym, and spending time with friends and family.
