Monaco Cooper Lamme & Carr, PLLC is proud to represent the Trucking Association of New York (“TANY”) in its lawsuit filed in Federal District Court in Manhattan against the New York City Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, and New York Attorney General Letitia James.
The lawsuit challenges the constitutionality of the new Central Business District Tolling Program. New York City’s Tolling Program is the first-in-the nation congestion pricing scheme of this kind. Under the Program, certain vehicles will be charged a toll for crossing below 60th Street in Manhattan (“Zone”).
