MCLC’s Mackenzie Monaco was a speaker and panelist at ALFA International’s International Client Seminar held February 29-March 3, 2024 in Fajardo, Puerto Rico. Mackenzie’s session “Cool Runnings – The Power of Perseverance” focused on the 1988 Jamaican bobsled team who overcame individual and group obstacles in order to compete at a high level and be successful. Her panel included industry experts from across the country who used the success of the Jamaican bobsled team to highlight tools and techniques to effectively navigate workgroup challenges and how to motivate employees to be creative and persevere, including how to put together teams that are the most competitive to overcome challenges.
